Aitu vilnas pimapstrādes ražotnes izveides projekts

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt aitu vilnas realizācijas problēmu un tās novēršanas iespējas Latvijā tuvāko 10 gadu laikā, pielietojot projekta vadīšanas metodes. Maģistra darbs ietver aitkopības nozares attīstības analīzi un risinājumu piedāvājumu, kurā par pamatu tiek ņemts atsevišķs aitkopības virziens – aitu vilnas apstrāde. Darba pētījuma ietvaros tiek definēta sekojoša problēma: Latvijā saražota aitu vilna netiek saimnieciski efektīvi izmantota. Problēmas novēršanai darba autore izstrādā projektu, kura ietvaros tiek nodibināts uzņēmums, iegādātas ražošanas telpas, uzstādītas jaunas aitu vilnas mazgāšanas un rūpnieciska filca ražošanas iekārtas. Uzņēmuma mērķis ir nodrošināt vairāk nekā 200 tonnu vilnas pārstrādes gadā, tādā veidā veicinot aitu vilnas noieta iespējas un palielinātu nozares produkcijas pievienoto vērtību.

The objective of the Master’s thesis is to study the problem of sheep wool sales and the possibilities of its appraisal in Latvia in the further 10 years by applying the methods of project management. The Master’s thesis includes the analysis of the sheep-farming branch development and offer of the solution, where the separate branch of the sheep-farming – sheep wool processing, is taken as the basis. The following problem was determined within the thesis survey: Latvian sheep wool is not economically effectively used. For the problem elimination the author of the thesis develops the project, within which the company is established, the manufacturing premises are purchased and new equipment of sheep wool washing and manufacturing of industrial felt are installed. The objective of the company is to provide the processing of more than 200 tons of wool per year, so promoting the possibilities of sheep wool sales and increased added value of the branch production.
