Veco ļaužu un bērnu kopnama izveides projekts Carnikavas novadā, Gaujas ciemā

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Veco ļaužu un bērnu kopnama izveide Carnikavas novadā, Gaujas ciemā” mērķis ir nodrošināt sociālās aprūpes sfēru Latvijā ar iespēju veicināt divu sociālo grupu – veco ļaužu un bērnu – savstarpējo integrēšanos sabiedrībā. Pirmajā maģistra darba nodaļā ir veikta paaudžu konflikta psiholoģiskā aspekta un darba mērķauditorijas statistikas datu analīze, situācijas izpēte sociālās aprūpes sfērā Latvijā un tās izvērtējums, kā arī veikta Latvijas iedzīvotāju aptauja par jaunās un vecās paaudzes konfliktu, un šīs aptaujas rezultātu apkopojums un analīze. Otrajā nodaļā, balstoties uz veiktā pētījuma rezultātiem, kas atklāj dažādu paaudžu cilvēku savstarpējo problēmu pastāvēšanu Latvijā, darba autors ir izstrādājis projekta tehniski - ekonomisko pamatojumu, savukārt maģistra darba trešajā nodaļā, balstoties uz izstrādāto projekta priekšlikumu, ir veikta projekta „Veco ļaužu un bērnu kopnama izveides projekta Carnikavas novadā, Gaujas ciemā” rokasgrāmatas izstrāde.

Objective of the Master’s paper – „The establishment of the common house for old people and children at the rural municipality of Carnikava, at the village „Gauja”” – is to ensure an opportunity to stimulate the social care sphere in Latvia in two social groups – old people and children – and their mutual integration in the society. At the first chapter of the paper the statistical data analysis of the psychological aspect of the generation conflict and of the paper’s target audience, the situation research and evaluation of the social care sphere in Latvia are performed, besides the questionnaire has been created to explore the generation conflict of the young and old people, as well as the summary and the analysis of this questionnaire’s results. At the second chapter of the paper the author has developed the paper’s technical – economical justification, based on the questionnaire results which discovers the problem of the existence of the different generations’ conflict in Latvia, but at the third chapter of the Master’s paper the project handbook of the establishment of the common house for old people and children at the rural municipality of Carnikava, at the village „Gauja” is presented, based on the formulated project proposal.
