Ilgtspējīga autoparka nodrošināšana uzņēmumā "Baltictaxi"

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Ilgtspējīga autoparka nodrošināšana uzņēmumā „BalticTAXI”” mērķis ir nodrošināt uzņēmuma Baltic TAXI autoparka turpmāku ilgtspējīgu attīstību. Darba pirmajā nodaļā autors secina, ka pasaules transporta sistēma nav ilgtspējīga, jo naftas rezerves strauji izsīkst, bet transporta sistēma ir gandrīz simtprocentīgi atkarīga no naftas produktiem. Šajā nodaļā apskatītas arī alternatīvas pašreizējiem transportlīdzekļiem. Darba otrajā daļā veikta piedāvāto alternatīvu analīze, to ieviešanai uzņēmumā BalticTAXI, kā arī izstrādāts projekta priekšlikums labākajai alternatīvai. Savukārt darba trešajā daļā tiek izstrādāta projekta rokasgrāmata, izmantojot dažādas projektu vadīšanas metodes un instrumentus.

Darbs sastāv no 72 lappusēm, 16. attēliem, 7 tabulām un 40 pielikumiem.

The Aim of master thesis " DEVELOPMENT OF SUSTAINABLE CAR FLEET IN BALTIC TAXI " is to ensure the company Baltic TAXI car fleet further sustainable development. In the first chapter the author concludes that the world's transport system is not sustainable, because oil reserves are rapidly being depleted, but the transport system is almost one hundred percent dependent of oil products. This chapter also examines alternatives to existing vehicles. In the second part author offered alternatives analysis, and their introduction in the company BalticTAXI, as well as the development of project proposals to the best alternative. In the third part project handbook is being prepared using different project development and management methods and instruments.

The work consists of 72 pages, 16 figures, 7 tables and 40 appendices.
