Kvalitātes nodrošināšanas un vērtēšanas pētījums SIA „EVOR”.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma atbilst autores profesionālajai darbībai – strādājot apsardzes organizācijā SIA „EVOR”, tiek novērotas dažāda rakstura problēmas ar ko saskaras darbinieki un klienti. Šīs problēmas organizācijā notiek dēļ nepārdomātās kvalitātes politikas. Tādēļ darba mērķis ir noteikt problēmas, ar kurām saskaras uzņēmums kvalitātes nodrošināšanas un vērtēšanas jomā, analizēt esošo situāciju organizācijā SIA „EVOR”, balstoties uz teorētiskajām zināšanām un saistot to ar pieejamo informāciju uzņēmumā, kā arī novērojot procesu gaitu uzņēmumā un veicot darbinieku un klientu anketēšanu, sniegt priekšlikumus kvalitātes paaugstināšanai un tās veiksmīgai uzturēšanai uzņēmumā. Iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka konkurence apsardzes sfērā ir pietiekoši liela, lai sniegtā pakalpojuma kvalitātei pievērstu pastiprinātu uzmanību, un organizācijas darbību vērstu uz klientu. Darba struktūra. Maģistra darbs ietver 3 daļas ar apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā daļā tiek analizētas valsts izdotās regulas, likumi un Ministru Kabineta noteikumi, kas ietekmē organizācijas, kas darbojas apsardzes sfērā. Otrajā daļā tiek analizēta situācija Latvijas tirgū apsardzes sfērā. Tiek veikta cenu un piedāvāto pakalpojumu salīdzināšana vairākos Latvijas uzņēmumos. Trešajā daļā tiek vērtēta SIA „EVOR” darbība. Tiek veikta gan klientu, gan darbinieku anketēšanas rezultātu analīze, lai vērtējums būtu pēc iespējas objektīvāks. Darba noslēgumā autore sniedz priekšlikumus kā uzlabot esošo situāciju SIA „EVOR”. Master's thesis meets the author's professional activities – working in the security organization SIA „EVOR”, are seen in different types of problems faced by employees and customers. These problems occur because of poorly thought-out organization's quality policy. Therefore, the aim is to identify problems faced by the company in the field of quality assurance and assessment, analyze the current situation in the company SIA „EVOR” on the basis of theoretical knowledge and linking it with the information available to the company, as well as monitoring the progress of the company and through employee and customer questionnaires, develop of proposals for raising the quality and the successful maintenance of the company. The results show that competition security sphere is large enough for the quality of service provided a sharper focus and action-oriented organization to the customer. The structure. The first part analyzes the state to issue regulations, laws and Government regulations that affect organizations operating in the security sphere.
