SIA "S.B.C." finanšu rādītāju analīze un attīstības perspektīvas

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt uzņēmuma SIA „S.B.C.” stāvokli nozarē un izanalizēt būtiskākos tā darbību raksturojošos finanšu koeficientus, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma stabilizēšanai un tālākai darbības attīstībai. Diplomdarba ietvaros autore veic mašīnbūves un metālapstrāde nozares izpēti un SIA „S.B.C.” 2007. – 2011. gada finanšu rādītāju aprēķinu un novērtējumu, kā arī bankrota iespējamības noteikšanu, izmantojot Altmana un Fulmera modeļus. Diplomdarbs pamatojas uz SIA „S.B.C.” gada pārskatiem, speciālās literatūras, interneta resursiem un publikācijām, kā arī SIA „S.B.C.” nepublicētiem materiāliem. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 72 lappuses, 22 tabulas, 19 attēli un 14 pielikumi.

The aim of the diploma paper is to study the sector of mechanical engineering and metalworking industry in Latvia and the position of its related „S.B.C.” Ltd., by performing the financial analysis of this company, as well as to develop the proposals for stabilizing the business and further development. In the frame of this study author carried out the research of mechanical engineering and metalworking industry and the calculations and assessment of the financial indicators the “S.B.C.” Ltd., by years 2007. – 2011, as well as the assessment of probability of bankruptcy by using Altman and Fulmer models. This diploma paper is based on the annual reports of “S.B.C.” Ltd., the related literature, internet resources, publications, and the unpublished data of this company. Diploma paper consists of 72 pages, 22 tables, 19 figures, and has 14 appendixes.
