Projekts: Uzņēmuma "YourWay" dibināšana

Abstract

Maģistra darba izstrādes laikā tika izvērtēts jaunā uzņēmuma SIA „YourWay” dibināšanas process un veikta analīze pirmajiem trim uzņēmuma darbības gadiem. Galvenā ideja ir izveidot konkurētspējīgu uzņēmumu- restorānu ar unikālu pakalpojuma veidu: iespēju apmeklēt telpu, kuras sienas būs pārklātas ar dažāda veida saldējuma tilpumiem, kas apmeklētājiem dos iespēju saņemt neaizmirstamās emocijas, ņemot saldējuma bumbulīšus ar speciālā trauka palīdzību uzreiz no sienām un ielikt sev bļodā. Kā arī restorāns piedāvā svētku svinēšanas pakalpojumus un pasūtījuma iespējas. Projekta laikā tika izvērtēti tādi aspekti, kā kapitāla summas noteikšana, personāla atlase, reklāmas kampaņas, nozares izpēte, plānotie finansiālie rādītāji un riski un veikti secinājumi par projekta īstenošanas un eksistēšanas realitāti.

The purpose of the thesis is to develop a project of establishing the enterprise and to make necessary calculations, analysis and researches. The main idea is to establish a competitive enterprise – restaurant with unique service: a possibility to visit the room, where walls will be covered with various kinds of ice-cream that will give to visitors opportunity to feel unforgettable emotions when taking ice-cream balls using special bowl straight from the wall and putting it to the plate. Also restaurant offers the opportunity to order drinks, home delivery and to reserve rooms for occasions. The purpose of the thesis is making research on the field and description of company’s operations, marketing aspects of restaurant’s operations, planning the terms of implementation of the project and project’s funds and making conclusion.
