Eiropas Savienības konkurences politika un konkurences politikas salīdzinājums Baltijas valstīs

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt Eiropas Savienības konkurences politiku un konkurences politiku Baltijas valstīs. Pētījuma ietvaros tika analizēti konkurences teorētiskie modeļi un to praktiskā pielietošana ES konkurences politikā, izvērtētas galvenās atšķirības Baltijas valstu konkurences politikās no ES konkurences politikas aspekta. Pētījumā ir izmantota starpdisciplināra pieeja; dokumentu un normatīvo aktu analīze, pieņemto lēmumu interpretācija un konkurences skaitliska mērīšana Kopumā ir secināts, ka Eiropas Savienības konkurences politika ir labi integrēta Baltijas valstīs, tāpēc būtisku atšķirību starp Baltijas valstu konkurences politikām nepastāv. The aim of this work is to make research on the EU competition policy and the competition policy in Baltic States. During the research author has studied the EU competition policy, has made an analysis of theoretical competition models and practical implementation thereof in EU competition policy, and has identified the key differences between the Baltic States competition policies from the EU competition policy point of view. The research is interdisciplinary; it includes analysis of documents and legislation, interpretation of the decision made, and provides measurements of the competition. Overall, it is concluded that the EU competition policy is well integrated in the Baltic States policies, so no significant differences between the Baltic States competition policies exist.
