| dc.description.abstract | Šī maģistra darba saturs ir dzelzceļa būvniecības SIA „Dzelzceļa serviss” finansiālā stāvokļa novērtēšana un tā uzlabošanas iespēju izvērtēšana.
Pētījuma mērķis ir uz zinātniski teorētisko un praktisko materiālu pamata, ievērojot uzņēmuma īpašnieku intereses, novērtēt uzņēmuma sasniegtos saimnieciskās darbības rezultātus, izskaidrot to veidošanās cēloņus un tendences, un, izvērtējot izmaksu samazināšanas un kapitāla rentabilitātes paaugstināšanas rezerves, izstrādāt uzņēmuma turpmākās attīstības ieteikumus.
Svarīgākie datu avoti ir LR likumdošanas akti, normatīvie dokumenti, Centrālās statistikas pārvaldes datu bāzes dati un SIA „Dzelzceļa serviss” nepublicētie materiāli, kā arī finanšu pārskatu dati par laika posmu no 2003. līdz 2007.gadam.
Rezultātā ar ekonomisko aprēķinu palīdzību ir iegūts priekšstats par uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli un izvirzīti ekonomiski pamatoti iespējamie risinājumi finansiālās situācijas uzlabošanai. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The contents of this Master’s work is the analysis of the company’s “Dzelzcela serviss” (“Railroad service”) economic activities, the evaluation of its financial performance and exploring the ways of its improvement.
The purpose of this analysis is evaluation of the attained economic result of the company, investigation of its causes and tendencies, exploring the ways of its improvement and finding the reserves of increase of the return of equity capital, as well as developing an advice on the further economical growth of the company on the basis of academic theoretical and practical material considering the interest of its owners.
Major data source is legislation of the Republic of Latvia, Central Statistical bureau database and “Railroad service” Ltd. unpublished data, as well as financial statements for the period from 2002 till 2007.
The result of the economical analysis is the indicated financial performance of the company and offered economically substantiated possible solutions | en_US |
