Darba samaksa un tās uzskaite uzņēmumā "Zoko"

Abstract

Temata aktualitāti noteica tas, ka darba algu izmaksas, aprēķināšanas un uzskaites kārtība ir viena no galvenajām funkcijām grāmatveža darbā. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt darba samaksas teorētiskos aspektus un darba samaksas organizāciju uzņēmumā, lai izstrādātu ieteikumus darba samaksas aprēķināšanā. Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Darba pirmajā nodaļā ir raksturota darba samaksas būtība un formas. Otrajā nodaļā ir apskatīta darba samaksas struktūra. Trešajā nodaļā ir sniegts vispārējs uzņēmuma „ZOKO” raksturojums. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek apskatīts, kā darba samaksas uzskaite un aprēķināšana notiek uzņēmumā „ZOKO”. Darba galvenie rezultāti apkopoti secinājumos un izstrādāti priekšlikumi. Diplomdarbs ir izstrādāts pamatojoties uz LR normatīvajiem aktiem, speciālo literatūru un publikācijām periodiskajos izdevumos. Atslēgvārdi: darba samaksa, slimības nauda, atvaļinājums, ieturējumi.

The theme is topical because expenses, accountancy and calculation of wages are one of the lead functions in accountant’s work. The aim of the Diploma Paper is to explore theoretical aspects of wage and the organization of wage in the company in order to develop suggestions in calculation of wages. The Paper consists of four chapters. In the first chapter of the Paper the essence and forms of wages are characterized. In the second chapter the structure of wages has been examined. In the third chapter general description of the company “ZOKO” is given. The fourth chapter examines how the accountancy and calculation of wages is done in the company “ZOKO”. The main results of the Diploma Paper are summarized in conclusions and proposals are developed. The Diploma Paper is written on the basis of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, special literature and publications in periodical editions.
