Sadzīves bīstamo atkritumu apsaimniekošana: Liepājas piemērs

Abstract

Maģistra darbā „Sadzīves bīstamo atkritumu apsaimniekošana: Liepājas piemērs”, atbilstoši izvirzītajam pētījuma mērķim un uzdevumiem, veikta literatūras, dokumentu un normatīvo aktu analīze. Atbilstoši izvēlētajai pētījuma metodoloģijai, ir veikts Liepājas reģiona atkritumu apsaimniekošanas sistēmas pētījums, ietverot gadījuma izpēti sadzīves bīstamo atkritumu apsaimniekošanas jomā atkritumu poligonā „Ķīvītes”. Pētījuma ietvaros veikta Liepājas reģiona iedzīvotāju anketēšana un mērķgrupu intervijas, balstoties uz sadzīves bīstamo atkritumu apsaimniekošanas sistēmas izveides nepieciešamību. Darba nobeigumā izstrādāti ieteikumi sadzīves bīstamo atkritumu sistēmas uzlabošanai Liepājas reģionā, kuros paredzētas darbības, kas jāveic, lai šīs sistēmas ietvaros realizētu arī sadzīves bīstamo atkritumu savākšanu un uzglabāšanu atkritumu poligonā „Ķīvītes”. Darba laikā iegūtos pētījuma rezultātus un izstrādātos ieteikumus var izmantot studenti, pašvaldību darbinieki un nozaru speciālisti, kuri iesaistīti sadzīves bīstamo atkritumu apsaimniekošanā. Darbs sastāv no 106 lapām, septiņām nodaļām, 32 attēliem, 7 tabulām un 2 pielikumiem.

The Master’s thesis „Establishment of Management system of hazardous waste from households - Liepaja example” according to the aim and tasks of the research, analyzes literature, documents and legislation. The Liepaja region waste mangement system is reviewed and analyzed in accordance with the methodology selected for the research and comprises a case study of household hazardeous waste at the landfill „Kivites”. The research includes a survey of the inhabitants of the Liepaja region and interviews of the target groups taking into account the necessity to develop a household hazardous waste management system. The thesis results in recommendations for improvement of the household hazardous waste management system in the Liepaja waste management region highlighting the activities that need to be performed in order to implement collection and storage of household hazardous waste at the landfill „Kivites”. The results and recommendations of the thesis can be used by students, government employees and professionals involved in household hazardous waste management.
