| dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darba tēma ir "Uzņēmuma SIA "Būve" vadīšanas procesa pilnveides iespējas". Pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt SIA "Būve" darbību un izstrādāt priekšlikumus vadīšanas procesa pilnveidei.
Maģistra darbā ir 3 nodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļā skaidrota uzņēmuma vadīšanas procesa būtība. Tiek analizēta globalizācijas ietekme uz vadīšanas procesu un uzņēmuma vadīšanas dinamiskumu. Analizēts kvalitatīvu resursu nozīmīgums. Otrajā nodaļā tiek veikts uzņēmuma darbības raksturojums un analizēti tā rezultāti pētāmajā periodā. Tiek analizēts uzņēmuma vadīšanas process. Trešajā nodaļā tiek noteikti SIA "Būve" stratēģiskās attīstības sekmju faktori, kā arī izstrādāti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma vadīšanas procesa pilnveidei.
Darba apjoms ir 95 lapaspuses, darbā ietvertas 24 tabulas, 8 attēli, 21 formula un 9 pielikumi.

| dc.description.abstract | The title of the master thesis is "Development opportunities for business process management in company SIA "Būve" ". The goal of the research is to analyze SIA "Būve" performance and give suggestions for improvement of the management process.
There are 3 chapters in master thesis. In the first chapter is explained management process in organization. There is analyzed the globalization impact on the management process and on the management dynamic. Also there is analyzed the importance of high-quality resources. The second chapter contains description of organization performance in analyzed period and its results. There is analyzed organization management process. In the third chapter are defined success factors of strategic development in SIA "Būve", and also are given suggestions for improvement of the management process.
The thesis consists of 95 pages, containing 24 tables, 8 figures, 21 formulas and 9 annexes.
