Pasaules apdrošināšanas tirgus: attīstības tendences un ietekmējošie faktori

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Pasaules apdrošināšanas tirgus: attīstības tendences un ietekmējošie faktori”. Apdrošināšanas nozare ietekmē gan valstu nacionālo ekonomiku, gan pasaules ekonomiku kopumā. Apdrošināšana palīdz veidot uzkrājumus valsts tautsaimniecībā, kurus virza valsts un privātajās investīcijās. Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pasaules apdrošināšanas tirgus tendences laika posmā no 2002.g. – 2010.g. un izpētot apdrošināšanas tirgus faktorus, noteikt, kurš visvairāk ietekmē Latvijas apdrošināšanas tirgu. Pētījuma rezultāti norāda uz to, ka pasaules apdrošināšanas tirgus ir strauji audzis no 2002.g. līdz 2008.g., pēc kā sekoja kritums 2009.g. un atkal kāpums 2010.g., kas ir saistīts ar pasaules finanšu krīzes radītajām sekām. Noskaidrots, ka Latvijas apdrošināšanas tirgu visvairāk ietekmē ekonomiskie faktori. Atslēgvārdi: apdrošināšanas tirgus, attīstības tendences, ietekmējošie faktori.

The theme of this master’s work is “The global insurance market: development trends and influencing factors”. National economy and the global economy are affected by insurance industry. Insurance helps to make a savings in national economy which is driven by public and private investment. The aim of the study is to clarify insurance market development trends in the world during the period from 2002 until 2010, to explore insurance market influencing factors and determine which factor is most influential for the Latvian insurance market. After the research process and situation analysis were obtained results showed that the global insurance market has grown rapidly from 2002 by 2008, followed by a drop in 2009 and have risen again in 2010, due to consequences of the global financial crisis. It was concluded that the Latvian insurance market most affected by economic factors. Keywords: insurance market, development trends, influencing factors.
