Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir veikt Pakalpojumu Direktīvas ietekmes novērtējumu uz e-pārvaldības attīstību BJR valstīs. 1. nod.: pārskats par e-pārvaldības kā starp-disciplināras pētniecības jomas attīstību un e-pārvaldes novērtējuma praksi, ANO E-Pārvaldes Indeksa analīze. Piedāvāts socio-lingvistiskais ietvars. 2. nod.: Pakalpojumu Direktīvas piemērošanas jomu un pasākumu novērtējums no e-pārvaldes perspektīvas. 3. nod.: Direktīvas ietekmes novērtējums. Metodes: bibliogrāfiskā izpēte, deduktīvās un induktīvās loģikas metodes, statistiski analītiskā metode, tendenču analīze, kā arī socio-lingvistiskā analīze. The goal of the present master’s thesis: to carry out the impact evaluation of the development of the Service Directive on the e-governance development in the BSR countries. The thesis consists of 3 chapters. Ch. 1: review of e-governance as an inter-disciplinary research domain and e-government evaluation practice, analysis of the UN E-Government Index. Proposed a socio-linguistic framework. Ch. 2: evaluation of the application and contents of the Service Directive from e-government perspective. Ch. 3: Directive’s impact assessment.
