IT uzņēmuma finanšu pārskatu atbilstība Starptautiskajiem grāmatvedības standartiem

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt priekšlikumus SIA „Millenium IT” uzskaites sistēmas pielāgošanai Starptautisko grāmatvedības standartu prasībām. Darbā iekļautas trīs nodaļas ar apakšnodaļām, kuras pakārtotas izvirzītā mērķa sasniegšanai. Darbā apskatīti jautājumi: 1.SIA „Millenium IT” darbības vispārējs apraksts; 2.Uzņēmuma finanšu pārskatu atbilstības Starptautiskajiem grāmatvedības standartiem analīze; 3.Pētījums par Starptautisko grāmatvedības standartu izmantošanu Latvijas uzņēmumos. Darba izstrādē izmantoti LR likumdošanas akti, Starptautiskie grāmatvedības standarti, Latvijas un ārvalstu zinātnieku darbi, internetā pieejamie materiāli, kā arī uzņēmuma nepublicētie dati par periodu no 2005.g – 2008.g. Darba kopapjoms sastāv no 89 lpp, iekļauti 4 attēli, pievienots 1 pielikums, izmantoti 29 literatūras avoti. The purpose of this paper is to develop recommendations for improving SIA „Millenium IT” accountancy system’s compliance with the International Accounting Standards. The paper is divided into three chapters to archive its aims. The paper mainly focuses on: 1. The main operations of SIA „Millenium IT”; 2. The compliance of the company’s accountancy with the International Accounting Standards; 3. Research on application of the International Accounting Standards in Latvian companies. Main sources used to archive the aims of the paper are laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, the International Accounting Standards, scientific papers of domestic and foreign scholars, Internet resources and data of the company from 2005 till 2008.
