Bakalaura darbu „Starpbanku maksājumu sistēmas Eiropas valstīs ” ir izstrādājusi Madara Rubene.
Bakalaura darba mērķis Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt Eiropas valstu starpbanku maksājumu sistēmas un vienotās eiro maksājumu telpas – SEPA ekonomisko nozīmi, izstrādāt priekšlikumus turpmākai starpbanku maksājumu sistēmu sekmīgai attīstībai.
Darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīts: vienotās eiro maksājumu telpas SEPA nozīme un attīstības analīze starpbanku maksājumu tirgū, SEPA projekts, kā arī SEPA eiro maksāšanas līdzekļu izpēte. SEPA joprojām turpina attīstīties uzlabojot maksājumu kvalitāti, drošību, cenšas eiro zonu izveidot par integrētu tirgu un lielu uzmanību pievērš standartizācijai, lai visus eiro maksājumus varētu automātiski apstrādāt.
Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēta eiro maksājumu sistēmu attīstība- starpbanku bruto un neto maksājumi Baltijas valstīs, Vācijā, Francijā un Lielbritānijā. Starpbanku maksājumu sistēmām svarīgi ir saglabāt stabilu finanšu tirgus darbību, panākt ticamas un efektīvas maksājumu un vērtspapīru klīringa un norēķinu sistēmas, uzturētu banku un finanšu stabilitāti.
Trešā nodaļa ir veltīta jauno tehnoloģiju ieviešanai starpbanku maksājumu sistēmu industrijā. Nodaļā apskatīti jaunākie pieejamie norēķinu veidi - mobilie maksājumi, biometriskie maksājumi un viedkartes. Ar inovācijām iespējams paaugstināt starpbanku maksājumu skaitu, uzlabot ierīču un tirgus efektivitāti, maksājumu drošību, sadarboties starp dažādu maksājumu tīkliem un samazināt loģistikas izmaksas.
Darba kopējais apjoms ir 86 lapas. Darbu papildina 3 tabulas, 18 attēli, 58 izmantoti literatūras avoti. Bachelor Paper „ Systems of interbank payments in Europen countries” is made by Madara Rubene.
The aim of Bachelor Paper: investigate economical importance of systems of interbank payments and the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA)in Europe, work out proposals for effective interbank payment system development.
In the first section of work is investigated the importance of the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) and analyzed its development in market of interbank payments, project of SEPA, as well as investigation of SEPA Euro negotiable instruments. SEPA still continues to develope improving the quality and security; tries to make the Euro zone as an integrated market, and pays great attention to standardization in order to process all kinds of Euro payments automatically.
In the second section of work is analyzed the development of Euro payments`systems – interbank gross and net payments in Baltic states, Germany, France and Great Britain. For interbank payment systems it is important to retain stable action of financial market, achieve credible and effective systems of payments and clearing of securities and settlement; maintain banks` and financial stability.
The third section of work is devoted to introduction of new Technologies in industry of interbank payment systems, where the newest available payments are examined – mobile payments, biometric payments and smart cards. With the help of innovations it is possible to increase the number of interbank payments, improve efectiveness of market, devices, security of payments by cooperation among nets of different kinds of payments and reduce logistic costs.
