Bakalaura darba „Iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokļa attīstība Latvijā” mērķis ir izpētīt iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokļa attīstību Latvijā un piedāvāt priekšlikumus nodokļa attīstības problēmas risināšanā.
Iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodoklis ir viens no galvenajiem nodokļu sistēmas elementiem.
Iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodoklis ieņem īpaši nozīmīgu vietu Latvijas sabiedrības dzīvē, jo tas skar ikviena Latvijas iedzīvotāja labklājību.
Darba mērķa sasniegšanai izvirzīti sekojošie uzdevumi:
•Izvērtēt nodokļu un nodevu sistēmu Latvijā;
•Izpētīt Latvijas ienākuma nodokļa vēsturisko attīstību;
•Analizēt iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokli no fizisko personu ienākumiem;
•Izvērtēt iedzīvotāja ienākuma nodokļa likmes;
•Analizēt iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokļa attīstību un to ietekmējošos faktorus;
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trijām nodaļām. Pirmajā daļā izklāstīti pastāvošā nodokļu sistēma Latvijā, iepētīta vēsturiskā attīstība. Otrajā daļā ar iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokļa instrumentu (apliekamo bāze, likme, atvieglojumi The aim of the Bachelor's work "Development of the Personal Income Tax in Latvia" is to explore the development of the personal income tax in Latvian and offer proposals for the development of the problems solving.
Personal income tax is one of the key elements of the tax system.
Personal income taxes are particularly important place in Latvia society, because it affects every Latvian citizen well-being.
Several tasks were carried out in order to reach the goal of the paper:
•Consider tax and fee system Latvian;
•Explore the Latvian tax historical development;
•Analyze the personal income tax on income of individuals;
•Assess personal income tax rates.
•To analyze the development of the personal income tax and the factors affecting it;
The works consist of three parts. The first part sets out the existing tax system in Latvia, explorer historical development. The second part is of the personal income tax instruments (the tax base, rate, non-taxable minimum) assistance is studied
