SIA "Monilaite - Thomeko" finanšu pārskatu analīze un to rezultātu novērtējums

Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir „SIA „Monilaite-Thomeko” finanšu pārskatu analīze un tā rezultātu novērtējums”. Noteikt kurā virzienā attistīt savu biznesu un uz ko vērst uzmanību, uzņēmējs var ar finanšu analīzes palīdzību. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izvērtēt SIA „Monilaite-Thomeko” finanšu koeficientus un finanšu stāvokli kopumā. Atklāt riskus un trūkumus, kā arī piedāvāt priekšlikumus trūkumu novēršanai. Pirmajā nodaļā veikts SIA „Monilaite-Thomeko” vispārējais raksturojums. Otrajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīti finanšu analīzes teoretiskie aspekti. Trešajā nodaļā veikta SIA „Monilaite-Thoemko” 2010., 2011. un 2012. gada finanšu pārskatu analīze un 2012. gada rezultātu salīdzināšana ar kopējiem rezultātiem pa nozari. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 71 lapaspusēm. Darbā iekļautas 30 tabulas, 5 attēli un 31 formulas. Darba izpildīšanai tika izmantota informācija no 17 avotiem.

SUMMARY

The title of the present Diploma Thesis is „Financial Statement’s Analysis of LLC „Monilaite-Thomeko” and the Evaluation of It’s Results”. With the help of financial analysis entrepreneur can define direction for business development, as well as staying aware of potential threats. The aim of this Diploma Thesis is to evaluate the LLC „Monilaite-Thomeko” financial coefficients and financial situation overall; to disclose the risks and imperfections as well as come forward with solutions on how to prevent these imperfections. The first chapter deals with the general description of LLC „Monilaite-Thomeko”. The second chapter provides an explanation of theoretical aspects to the financial analysis. The third chapter is devoted to the financial statement’s analysis of LLC „MonilaiteThomeko” in year 2010, 2011, and 2012; there is also the comparison between the results of year 2012 and common results in the field. The Diploma Thesis consists of 71 page. This paper includes 30 tables, 5 figures and 31 formula and 17 used literacy sources.
