Līzings un tā attīstība Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Līzings un tā attīstība Latvijā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt līzinga būtību un līzinga operāciju attīstības tendences Latvijā, lai izdarītu secinājumus un izvirzītu priekšlikumus efektīvākai līzinga attīstībai nākotnē. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir apskatīta līzinga rašanās un attīstības vēsture, izskaidrotas līzinga definīcijas, dota veidu klasifikācija, līzinga objektu, subjektu un termiņa raksturojums. Otrajā nodaļa ir salīdzināti līzinga pakalpojumi un nosacījumi dažādās līzinga kompānijās. Par pamatu tiek ņemti LLDA biedri. Trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēta līzinga operāciju attīstība un patreizēja situācija Latvijas ekonomikā, lai izdarītu secinājumus par nākotnes attīstības tendencēm.

The name of the thesis is”Leasing and its development in Latvia”. The goal of this thesis is to study the essence of leasing and analyze the fundamental trends in the development of leasing operations in Latvia in order to draw conclusions and make suggestions regarding further leasing development. The thesis consists of 3 chapters. In the first chapter the genesis and historical development of leasing is studied and classifications, short description of objects, subjects and terms of leasing are defined. The second chapter deals with evaluation of leasing transactions and comparison of the different leasing companies. The members of the LLA were studied as the basis. In the third chapter the leasing operations on the Latvian market are analyzed in order to prognosticate the development of leasing operations in Latvia in the future.
