Stjuartu darba motivācija un stimulēšanas metožu optimizācija A/S "AIR BALTIC"

Abstract

Darba „Stjuartu darba motivācija un stimulēšanas metožu optimizācija A/S “airBaltic” mērķis ir: izpētīt ar darbinieku motivāciju saistītos teorētiskos jautājumus un situāciju uzņēmumā, izstrādāt priekšlikumus A/S „airBaltic” motivācijas sistēmas uzlabošanai. Lai sasniegtu darbā izvirzīto mērķi, tika noteikti šādi uzdevumi: •iepazīties ar darbinieku motivācijas un stimulēšanas teorijām; •izpētīt A/S „airBaltic” darbinieku motivāciju; •analizēt A/S „airBaltic” stjuartu darbu, tai skaitā stimulēšanu; •dot priekšlikumus stimulēšanas metožu optimizēšanai. Darbam ir 2 pielikumi. Bakalaura darba izstrādei tika izmantota mācību un zinātniskā literatūra, uzņēmuma statistiskie dati, uzņēmuma nepublicētie materiāli, interneta resursi, kā arī A/s „airBaltic” iekšējā informācija no kooperatīvām rokasgrāmatām. Bakalaura darbā ir iekļauti 14 attēli un 1 shēma.

The aim of the work „ Motivation of the flight attendants job and optimization of stimulation methods in Air Baltic Corporation” is to research the theoretical questions and the situation in the company concerning the motivation of the cabin attendants as well as to improve stimulation methods for a motivational system in the company. To reach the aim of this research, there have been following points marked out: •To familiarize with the theories of the motivation and stimulation of the employees, •To research the motivation of cabin crew of airBaltic, •To analyse the work of crew and also stimulation, •To give suggestions to improve motivational system in the company. The work has two appendixes. There has been used scientific and educational literature for the development of this bachelor work as well as chronicles, the company's figures, unpublished materials, internet resources and inter information of Air Baltic Corporation Cabin Crew hand books. The work contains 14 pictures and 1 chema.
