Abstract
„Eiropas Savienības finanšu instrumentu pielietojums sociālās politikas attīstībai Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstis”
1.nodaļa – Eiropas Savienības sociālās politikas metodoloģiskā analīze (ES sociālās politikas raksturojums un tās izvērtēšanas indikatoru un metožu analīze); 2.nodaļa - ES finanšu instrumentu pielietojuma sociālās jomas attīstībai raksturojums (ES finanšu instrumentu raksturojums un detalizēta ESF analīze, ES dalībvalstu pieredzes ESF apguvē un ES sociālās situācijas izmaiņu raksturojums); 3.nodaļa – ES sociālās politikas un finanšu instrumentu mijiedarbības raksturojums 2007. – 2013.gadam. Noslēgums - secinājumi par ES finanšu instrumentu pielietojumu sociālās politikas attīstībai ES dalībvalstīs un priekšlikumi identificēto trūkumu novēršanai un turpmākai situācijas pilnveidošanai.
“Application of the European Union's Financial Instruments for Development of Social Policy in the European Union's Member States” 1st Chapter - methodological analysis of social policy (overview of social policy’s main aspects and description of valuation indicators and methods. 2nd Chapter – application of the EU’s financial instruments for development of social field (description of available EU financial instruments, including detailed analysis of the ESF activities; description of the Member States’ experience in their way of using ESF and analysis of social situation’s development. 3rd Chapter – description of interconnection between the EU’s financial instruments and social policy for the period 2007 – 2013. Main conclusions and proposals for future improvements can be found in the end of the diploma.
