dc.description.abstract | Šīs darbs ir Latvijas Universitātes Ekonomikas un Vadības fakultātes studenta paša izstrādāts pētījums, par uzņēmuma vadības problēmām. Darba gaitā no teorijas puses tiek izskatīti problēmjautājumi, kas rodas starptautisko uzņēmumu vadības procesā ar īpašo uzsveru uz motivāciju. Darba praktiskā daļā ir veikts pētījums uzņēmuma „N” atsevišķi paņemtās struktūrvienības ietvaros. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot struktūrvienības darbinieku motivācijas līmeni un salīdzināt to ar vadītāju skatījumu uz šo jautājumu. Darba noslēguma sadaļa darba autors dod savu vērtējumu uzņēmumā „N” pastāvošai situācijai, kā arī izdara secinājumus un piedāvā priekšlikumus situācijas uzlabošanai.

dc.description.abstract | This paper was written by the student of the Faculty of Economics and management of University of Latvia on the issues in management on international corporations. Within this paper author goes through most significant aspects of corporate management with the special focus on motivation. In the practical part of the paper author caries out a survey within one department in company “N”. The aim of the survey is to determine the level of motivation of department’s workers and to compare their view of the situation with view of their manager. In the ending part of this paper author gives his own opinion on the situations as well as makes conclusions and gives recommendations for existing situations improval.
