Darba samaksas būtība, aprēķināšana un tās sistēmu pielietojums metālapstrādes uzņēmumā SIA "VIKOM INDUSTRY"

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt un izvērtēt darba samaksas būtību, aprēķināšanu un tās sistēmu pielietojumu metālapstrādes uzņēmumā, kā arī sniegt priekšlikumus darba samaksas sistēmas pilnveidošanai SIA „VIKOM Industry”. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā veikts darba samaksas teorētisko aspektu raksturojums. Otrā nodaļa veltīta metālapstrādes nozares un darba samaksas izvērtējumam nozarē. Trešajā nodaļā izstrādāts darba samaksas ekonomiskais pamatojums metālapstrādes uzņēmumā, kur analizēta darba samaksas noteikšana metālapstrādes uzņēmumā, kā arī darba samaksa metālapstrādes uzņēmumā. The master’s degree paper’s objective is to research and evaluate the nature, calculation of the wage and its application in a metal working enterprise, as well as present recommendations to improve the wage system in SIA „VIKOM Industry”. The master’s degree research paper consists of 3 sections. In the first section the theoretical aspect of the wage if being discussed. The second section’s purpose is to evaluate the metal working field and the wage in it. In the third section economical basis for wage in a metal working enterprise is being elaborated, the establishment of the wage in a metal working enterprise is being analyzed, as well as the wage itself. The work is written on 74 pages and that includes 14 tables, 16 images and 5 attachments. Keywords – wage, hour tariff, time payment, lumpsum payment, metal working.
