Projekts Koka - plastmasas kompozītmateriāla ražošanas uzņēmuma izveide
Abstract
Maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt uzņēmuma dibināšanas un attīstības projektu un, projekta novērtēšanai, veikt nepieciešamo izpēti, analīzi, plānošanu un aprēķinus.
Maģistra darba procesā tiek plānota un izvērtēta jauna ražošanas uzņēmuma dibināšana, kam tiek veikta 3 gadu plānotā finanšu plūsmas prognoze un darbības analīze.
Projekta ideja ir izveidot, attīstīt un iekļaut saistītu uzņēmumu grupā bezatkrituma ražotni, kas veic koka-plastmasas kompozītmateriāla (wood-plastic composite, WPC composite) ražošanu. Uzņēmuma pamata atrašanās vieta ir paredzēta Salacgrīvā, blakus ostai, privātā teritorijā. Projekta ietvaros ir paredzēts viena gada laikā apgūt ES struktūrfondu līdzekļus, iegādāties tehnoloģiskās iekārtas un izpildīt pirmo līgumu.

•Videi draudzīga produkta ražoša- The aim of the Master Thesis is to elaborate a project for establishment and development of a company, as well as in order to evaluate the project, to perform the required investigation, analysis, planning and calculations.
The process of presenting the Master Thesis involved planning and evaluation of the establishment of a new production company, making the planned cash flow forecast and performance analysis for the period of 3 years.
The conception of the Project is to establish, develop and incorporate a new non-waste production facility engaged in wood-plastic composite (WPC) production into the group of related companies. The company is planned to be basically located in Salacgrīva, next to the port, on a private territory. Within the framework of the Project it is envisaged to attract and utilize the financing from EU structural funds, to purchase equipment and execute the first contract.
