Eiropas Sociālā fonda atbalstīto bezdarba mazināšanas pasākumu izvērtējums nodarbinātības rādītāju uzlabošanai Latvijā, 2004.-2013.g.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Eiropas Sociālā fonda atbalstīto bezdarba mazināšanas pasākumu izvērtējums nodarbinātības rādītāju uzlabošanai Latvijā 2004. -2013. g.” Tāpēc šī darba galvenais uzdevums ir atbildēt uz uzstādīto pētniecības jautājumu - Vai Eiropas Sociālā fonda atbalstītie bezdarba mazināšanas pasākumi lietderīgi ietekmēja nodarbinātības rādītāju uzlabošanos Latvijā laika periodā no 2004.līdz 2013. gadam? Pētījuma gaitā tika izpētīti ESF darbības principi Latvijā, tika veikta ESF plānošanas periodu un darba meklētāju rādītāju izmaiņu likumsakarība, veikta statistikas datu analīze par lielākajiem NVA veiktajiem aktīvās darba tirgus politikas pasākumiem(2004-2013). Kā arī tika sastādīta un analizēta aptauja atbilstošai mērķa grupai. Darba rezultātā tiek izdarīti secinājumi un izstrādāti uz pētījumu balstīti priekšlikumi šo pasākumu lietderības paaugstināšanai. The topic of Master Thesis is „Evaluation of European Social fund support on unemployment reducing actions to improve employment trends in Latvia, 2004 - 2013”. By observing the wide discussion which exists in the society about the quality and utility of SEA’s organized unemployment reducing actions, the author has decided to make her own research in this field. Therefore, the main task of this work is to answer the question of research - Were the European Social Fund supported measures useful to reduce unemployment in Latvia 2004-2013? The research examines the principles of ESF in Latvia, ESF planning periods and job seekers abnormality regularity, performed the statistical analysis of data from the largest SEA's maden active labour market policies. Constructed and analyzed a survey to the appropriate target group. Work leads to the conclusions and proposals, based on research to increase the effectiveness of these measures.
