SIA "Agrotehnika" finanšu analīze un attīstības novērtējums

Abstract

Bakalaura darba būtība ir mazumtirdzniecības uzņēmuma sabiedrības ar ierobežotu atbildību „Agrotehnika” finanšu analīze un tās novērtējums. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir raksturot uzņēmuma finansiālās iespējas, konstatēt problēmas un sniegt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma finansiālās darbības uzlabošanā. Bakalaura darba aktualitāte ir tā, ka savlaicīga un detalizēta uzņēmuma finanšu stāvokļa analīze un novērtēšana ir svarīga, lai varētu sekmīgi vadīt uzņēmumu un nodrošināt uzņēmuma finanšu efektivitātes palielināšanos nākotnē, tādēļ autors nolēma izpētīt un raksturot uzņēmuma finanšu situāciju un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās uzlabošanai. Uzdevumi, kas tika veikti mērķa sasniegšanai: uzņēmuma finanšu rādītāju vertikālā un horizontālā analīze, uzņēmuma SVID analīze, finanšu koeficientu aprēķins- uzņēmuma maksātspēja, likviditāte, līdzekļu aktivitāte un rentabilitāte. Aprēķiniem tika veikta uzņēmuma finanšu datu analīze par pēdējiem pieciem darbības gadiem (2009.-2013. gads).

The contents of the work is the analysis of financial position and development assessment of Agrotehnika Ltd .The aim of this paper is to establish financial possibilities of this enterprise, as well as to define the problems and to make suggestions for improvements in financial activities of the enterprise. The tasks conducted in order to reach the target: the vertical financial ratio analysis of the enterprise, the horizontal financial ratio analysis of the enterprise, financial coefficient calculation, which includes solvency, liquidation, the means activity and profitability of the enterprise. The calculations were done on the basis of the financial data analysis of the enterprise for the last 5 years (2009 to 2013). As the result the comprehension of the enterprise’s general financial position was obtained.
