Kravas autopārvadājumu uzņēmuma darbības attīstīšana SIA "Pavilana" piemērs

Abstract

Darba tēma ir ”Kravas autopārvadājumu uzņēmuma darbības attīstīšana SIA „Pavilana” piemērs”. Mūsdienās pasaulē daudzos uzņēmumos pastāv lielas problēmas ar darbinieku motivēšanu, tāpēc ir aplūkti motivācijas principi uzņēmumā SIA „Pavilana” un salīdzināt to ar UPS. Darba mērķis ir: balstoties uz teoriju izpēti un starptautiskā uzņēmuma pieredzi, piedāvāt priekšlikumus SIA „Pavilana” motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidei. Pimajā nodaļā ir aplūkotas motivācijas teorijas. Otrajā nodaļā tiek izpētīts UPS darbinieku motivēšanas principi. Trešajā nodaļā tika izanalizēts darbinieku motivācija SIA „Pavilana” uzņēmumā un rezultāti salīdzināti ar starptautisko uzņēmumu UPS,lai sniegtu priekšlikumus. Darba apjoms ir 67 lapaspuses un tajā ir 18 attēli, 9 tabulas un 2 pielikumi. Atslēgvārdi: Motivācija, motivācijas pamatprincipi, uzņēmumu salīdzināšana.

The theme is “The Development of the Freight Transport Company, Example of the Company Ltd. Pavilana”. Nowadays in many enterprises there are problems with the motivation of employees. Acknowledging this problem the principles of motivation are explored in Ltd. “Pavilana” and compared with the company UPS. Aim of the thesis: to conduct a research based on theories and on the experience of international company in order to make proposals to improve Ltd. Pavilana strategy of employee motivation. In the first chapter the theories of motivation are described. In the second chapter the motivation principles in UPS are researched. In the third chapter an analysis of the employees motivation in the company “Pavilana” was done. Research results were compared with the international enterprise UPS in order to provide proposals to explored enterprise. Pages: 67, including 18 pictures, 9 tables and 2 annexes.
