Debitoru parādu pārvaldīšana uzņēmumā SIA „Bite Latvija”

Abstract

Latvijā debitoru parādi ir aktuāls jautājums, jo uzņēmumiem palielinās debitoru parādu apjoms un ir problēmas ar to atgūšanu. Diplomdarba mērķis ir identificēt SIA ”Bite Latvija” svarīgākās debitoru parādu kontroles un atgūšanas metodes problēmas un, pamatojoties uz rezultātiem, sniegt priekšlikumus debitoru parādu pārvaldības pilnveidošanai un debitoru parādu samazināšanai. Mērķa sasniegšanai tiek izpētīts debitoru iedalījums, pārvalde un parādu atgūšanas metodes uzņēmumā. Veiktā izpēte rāda, ka uzņēmumā debitoru uzskaiti kārto atbilstoši likumdošanai un, ka debitoru atgūšanas metodes ir kvalitatīvas, bet tiek atklātas nepilnības, kuru novēršanai autore sniedz priekšlikumus . Diplomdarbs kopapjoms ir 61 lapas, tajās ir iekļautas 9 tabulas, 11 attēli un pievienoti 5 pielikumi.

In Latvia accounts receivable is a topical issue since companies face the increase of accounts receivable and the problematic lies in regaining of them. The aim of the research paper is to identify the major problems of control of accounts receivable and the methods of their regaining in the company „Bite Latvija” Ltd., furthermore, submit proposals for the promotion of the management and diminishing of accounts receivable on the grounds of the results of the research. In order to reach the aim, the classification, management of accounts, as well as methods for regaining of accounts receivable in the company is studied. The research carried out reveals that the classification of accounts in the company is performed in accordance with regulations and the methods of regaining are effective, however some drawbacks are established on avoidance of which the proposals are given by the author. The research paper contains 61 pages, inclusive 9 graphs, 11 images and 5 appendices.
