Mikrouzņēmumu nodokļa sociālekonomiskā ietekme teritoriālā un nozaru griezumā

Abstract

Pētījums sniedz 2010.gadā Latvijā ieviestā mikrouzņēmumu nodokļa režīma novērtējumu, tā atbilstību sākotnēji izvirzītajiem mazās uzņēmējdarbības veicināšanas mērķiem, kopējām tautsaimniecības interesēm, solidaritātes un tasnīguma principiem, kas ir vispārējās sociālās drošības sistēmas pamatā. Pētījumā identificētas nevēlamas nodokļu režīma piemērošanas sekas, kā arī sociālās drošības riski nākotnē, kuru novēršanai izstrādāti priekšlikumi normatīvā regulējuma pilnveidošanai.

These thesis evaluate the small enterprise tax that has been introduced in Latvia in 2010 in order to determine whether this tax has reached its goals of promoting economic development in general and small enterprise development in particular as well as whether it confirms with principles of solidarity and fairness that lay in foundation of social security system. The thesis identify undesired consequences of small enterprise tax together with risks that it poses for social security system in the future and propose changes in the legislation to counter these repercussions.
