Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir “AS Air Baltic Corporation finanšu analīze”. Darbs sastāv no trijā nodaļām. Uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa novērtēšana ir pamats pareizai uzņēmuma vadīšanai un tā nākotnes perspektīvu nodrošināšanai, tādēļ autore nolēma izpētīt uzņēmuma finanšu situāciju un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās uzlabošanai. Pirmajā daļā aprakstīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, kuri ietver analīzes jēdzienu, nozīmi, sastādīšanas principus un galveno finanšu rādītāju teorētisko aprakstu. Otrajā daļā, praktiskajā daļā autore apraksta analizējamā uzņēmuma AS “Air Baltic Corporation” darbību un veic uzņēmuma gada pārskatu analīzi par 2011., 2012. un 2013.gadu, novērtējot finanšu stāvokļa izmaiņas analizējamo periodu laikā un nosakot šo izmaiņu cēloņus. Trešajā daļā, autore apsakta finansiālā stāvokļa krīzes mērogu, bankrotēšanas diagnostiku un veic bankrotēšanas prognozēšanu. Diplomdarba apjoms ir uz 80 lappusēm, tajās ietilpst 24 tabula, 8 attēli un 21 formula. Diplomdarba izstrādāšanai izmantoti 34 literatūras un informācijas avoti. Izstrādātajam darbam ir teorētiska un praktiska vērtība.

The topic of diploma work is financial analysis of ltd. Air Baltic Corporation. Work consists of three parts. The assessment of financial situation of the enterprise is the basis of its right management and provision of future perspectives, therefore the author decided to research the financial situation of the enterprise and to work out suggestions for improvement. The first part written about the theoretical aspects of financial analysis, which include the concept and the importance of financial analysis and the theoretical description. In the second part, author describes the practical part of the analyzed company Air Baltic Corporation and performs an analysis of the company's annual report for the year 2011, 2012 and 2013, makes assessment of the financial situation changes during these years and clarifies causes of changes. The third part is about diagnostics and prediction of bankruptcy. Diploma paper consists of 80 pages, which include 24 table, 8 pictures and 21 formula. For diploma paper’s development author used 34 different literature and information sources. Developed diploma paper has theoretical and practical value.
