Projekts Darbiekārtošanas pakalpojumu sniedzēja izveide

Abstract

Darbiekārtošanas pakalpojumu sniedzēja darbība saistīta ar brīvo darba vietu aizpildīšanu un bezdarbnieku skaita samazināšanu. Darbiekārtošanas pakalpojumu sniedzēju skaits Latvijā šobrīd ir neliels, tāpēc arī šīs grupas komersantu peļņa vai zaudējumi salīdzinot ar citām komersantu grupām, neveido būtisku daļu kopējā komersantu peļņā. Attīstot darbiekārtošanas pakalpojumu sniedzēja darbību, iespējams veicināt izaugsmi vairākās jomās, piemēram, palielināt nodarbinātību, samazināt bezdarbnieku, t.sk. ilgstošo bezdarbnieku skaitu, veicināt jauniešu iesaistīšanos darba tirgū, tātad arī sekmēt pieaugumu valsts budžetā nodokļu veidā un, iespējams, izdevumu samazinājumu, kas saistīts ar pabalstu izmaksu bezdarbniekiem u.tml. Pēc autores domām, nozari iespējams uzskatīt par labklājību ietekmējošu un šobrīd nelielais komersantu skaits liecina par to, ka nozari iespējams attīstīt. Projekta ietvaros tiek dibināts darbiekārtošanas pakalpojumu sniedzējs, kura pamatdarbība saistīta ar darbinieku īslaicīgu norīkošanu pagaidu darba vietās. Projekta mērķis ir darbiekārtošanas pakalpojuma sniedzēja izveide 1 gada laikā, nepārsniedzot 12 000,00 EUR reklāmas izdevumos, kas nodarbojas ar darbinieku norīkošanu pagaidu darba vietās Latvijas teritorijā. Uzņēmuma juridiskā forma plānota, kā viena dibinātāja SIA. Pamatkapitāla apmaksa dibināšanas brīdī plānota 3 000,00 EUR apmērā. Darbības veikšanai nepieciešams saņemt Nodarbinātības valsts aģentūras izsniegtu licenci darbiekārtošanas pakalpojumu sniegšanai. Komersanta darbības vieta plānota Rīgas reģionā. Projekta īstenošanai nepieciešamie finanšu līdzekļi tiks piesaistīti no privātā investora. Plānotais piesaistītā kapitāla apjoms ir 10 000,00 EUR, ar 2 % likmi, uz termiņu 1 gads. Galvenokārt, līdzekļi nepieciešami mārketinga stratēģijas īstenošanai un potenciālo klientu informēšanai par pakalpojuma sniegtajām iespējām.

The line of work of the provision of employment service provider is related to filling vacancies and decreasing the amount of the unemployed. Currently the amount of the provision of employment service providers in Latvia is small; therefore the profit or loss of this group of economic operators is not a significant part of the entire profit of economic operators in comparison to other groups of economic operators. In the process of expanding the line of work of the provision of employment service providers it is possible to promote the development in several areas, for instance, increasing the employment, decreasing the unemployment, including the amount of the long-term unemployed, as well as promoting the involvement of young people in the labour market, thus contributing to the increment of the state budget in the form of taxes and possibly lowering the expenses which are related to paying benefits to the unemployed etc. According to the author, the field could to be seen as welfare affecting and at present the small amount of economic operators shows that it is probable to develop the field. The provision of employment service provider is created during the project and its main focus is related to transitory assignment of workers to temporary workplaces. The aim of the project is to create the provision of employment service provider in the period of one year and not to exceed 12 000,00 EUR in commercial expenses; the main focus is on assigning workers to temporary workplaces within the territory of Latvia. The legal form of the company is planned as an LLC with one founder. The payment of equity capital at the moment of foundation is planned to be 3000,00 EUR. It is necessary to receive a license from the State Employment Agency to be allowed to provide provision of employment services.The place of work of the economic operator is planned to be in the region of Riga. The financial resources necessary for implementing the project will be provided by a private investor. The estimated amount of the raised capital is 10 000,00 EUR with the rate of 2% during the period of one year. Principally, the funds are required in order to implement the marketing strategy and to inform the potential client about the possibilities of the service.
