Projekts Uzņēmuma SIA "SALMON" izveidošana

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt uzņēmuma SIA “SALMON” dibināšanas projektu un projekta novērtēšanai veikt nepieciešamos aprēķinus, analīzi un pētījumus. Maģistra darba izstrādāšanas laikā tika izvērtēta jauna uzņēmuma SIA “SALMON” dibināšanas gaita un veikta finanšu analīze pirmajiem trim uzņēmuma darbības gadiem. Darba autore izvēlējās dibināt uzņēmumu, kas darbosies akvakultūras nozarē. Uzņēmums SIA “SALMON” nodarbosies ar varavīksnes foreļu audzēšanu. Zivju audzētava “SALMON” piedāvās saviem klientiem ekoloģiski tīro produktu, kurš tiks iegūts draudzīgos videi apstākļos ar jauno un modernu tehnoloģiju palīdzību. Zivju audzēšanas jeb ražošanas procesā izmantos slēgto ūdensapgādes tehnoloģiju (tā saucamo recirkulācijas sistēmu).

The aim of this master paper is to develop the company SALMON Ltd. foundation project and perform all necessary calculations, analysis and research for the project evaluation. The master paper presents the new company SALMON Ltd. foundation course evaluation and financial analysis of the first three years of company operation. The author of the paper decided to establish the company that will operate in the aquaculture sector. The company SALMON Ltd. will be dealing with rainbow-trout breeding. SALMON Ltd. fish farm will offer its customers ecologically pure product that comes from an environmentally friendly environment using advanced technologies. A closed water supply technology (so-called recirculation system) will be used during the fish breeding or production process.
