piesaistē varētu but pieredzējuši ieguldītāji.
| en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the diploma work is to offer the ways of a successful attraction of finances to
Latvian companies, having analyzed the essence of equity financing and development trends of the
fixed capital of Latvian companies.
Having enough money is one of the main conditions for the normal operation of businesses.
When the main funds spent, entrepreneurs need external financing for the development of their
enterprises.
Banks are reluctant to provide funding until it received assurance that the company will be
able to return the attachment, as in the case of luck, and setbacks. Therefore, it is very important for
an enterprise that in attracting funding would be brought experienced investors.
As one of the types of such financing may be mentioned venture capital. Venture capital
investors are very wealthy people, called "business angels", and investment funds, managed by
professional managers for investment.
Venture capital is a long-term investment in own capital of a company, where the venture
capital company is investing money in the enterprise, and in return receives company’s shares, so it
becomes an equal shareholder of the company.
As an alternative could be a public issue of shares and public offering depositors that help
businesses attract the necessary funds, which do not need to be given back. | en_US |
