Kopumā tika izvērtēti seši statistiskie rādītāji attiecībā pret mērījumiem dabā di In Latvia there are available several digital models of the relief whose obtaining methods and accuracy differ. It is important to know how accurate data of the relief can be got with them and what their possibilities of the real use are, as well as what problems can appear while working with these digital models of the relief.
In the work there are discussed the formation principles of the models of the 3 D relief and the obtaining principles of LiDAR, LGIA, ASTER1, ASTER2 and SRTM DTM, as well as the history of the development of the digital models of the relief and their possible use. The analysis of the DTM has been made and the results have been summarized. The objective of the research is to evaluate and mutually compare the accuracy of these models in different conditions of the environment and to evaluate the possible problems which have been discussed in the part of the results and analysis.
The tasks proposed in the beginning of the work have been done completely. The eval
