Zemes izmantošanas struktūra un tās dinamika Ošupes pagastā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā pētījuma objekts ir Ošupes pagasta zemes izmantošanas struktūra un tās dinamika. Pētījumā veikta teritorijas pašreizējās zemes izmantošanas struktūras kartēšana un analīze, kā arī prognozēta tās iespējamā attīstība nākotnē. Pētījums parāda, kā mainījusies zemes izmantošanas struktūra Ošupes pagastā laika posmā no 1997. līdz 2006. gadam. Analizētajā laika posmā, pretēji kopējām zemes izmantošanas struktūras izmaiņām Latvijā, Ošupes pagastā lauksaimniecībā izmantojamās zemes platības samazinājušās ļoti niecīgi un būtiski nav palielinājies meža zemju īpatsvars. Lielu pagasta daļu aizņem aramzeme. Eiropas Savienības maksājumiem ir relatīvi liela nozīme zemes izmantošanā mūsdienās, bet tas nav galvenais faktors, kas nosaka zemes apsaimniekošanu un līdz ar to prognozējams, ka neskatoties uz Eiropas Savienības atbalsta maksājumu politikas maiņu, Ošupes pagasta zemes izmantošanas struktūra tuvākā nākotnē nemainīsies.

The research topic of the bachelor paper is the structure of land use and its dynamics in Osupe civil parish. The goal of research is to analyse actual land use in this particular area, obtain map results as well as prognosticate possible future developments. Analysing land use in Osupe civil parish research shows how it has changed during the period from 1997 to 2006. Contrariwise the main land use changes in Latvia the agricultural areas in Osupe civil parish during this period have reduced insignificantly and there is no considerable expansion of forest areas too. A large part of the civil parish territory is occupied by arable land. Grants of the European Union have comparatively great importance to land use these days but it is not the main factor and therefore it is possible to prognosticate that in spite of changes in European Union grant system, the structure of land use in Osupe civil parish will not considerably change in the near future.
