Salacas kā vēsturiska ūdensceļa loma ainavas veidošanā
Abstract
Maģistra darba ietvaros pētīta Salacas vēsturiskā ūdensceļa ainava un izvērtēta ūdensceļa loma ainavas veidošanā. Ūdensceļu ietekmē rodas jauni ainavas elementi un izmaiņas ainavas telpiskajā struktūrā, kas rada pārkārtojumus agrākajā ainavas veidolā. Ūdensceļa lomas izvērtēšanai ainavas attīstībā veikta Salacas vēsturiskā ūdensceļa ainavas raksturlielumu analīze un izdalīti vēsturiskās ainavas raksturojuma tipi. Salacas ūdensceļa ierosinātais ainavas veidols, kuru caurslāņojuši citu laika posmu ainavu veidojošie procesi, mūsdienās pavisam nedaudz ir saglabājis savu tēlu. Mūsdienu ainavā ūdensceļa ietekme parādās caur apdzīvojuma raksturu, un tam pakārtoto ceļu tīklu pēctecību. Under the influence of waterways new landscape elements emerge and changes originate in the spatial organization of landscape, causing rearrangements in its previous appearance. In order to assess the role of waterway in the development of landscape analysis of landscape characteristics of the historical waterway of Salaca River was carried out and historical landscape characterization types were established. The appearance of landscape, which has been determined by the waterway of Salaca River and which has also been interwoven by landscape forming processes of other periods of time, nowadays has just slightly retained its previous image. In the present landscape the influence of the waterway emerges through the path dependency of the pattern of distribution of population and the underlying path dependency of road network.
