Ekotūrisma attīstīšanas potenciāls Zebrus-Īles mežu masīvā

Abstract

Maģistra darbs „Ekotūrisma attīstīšanas potenciāls Zebrus-Īles mežu masīvā” izstrādāts ar mērķi novērtēt Zebrus-Īles mežu masīva piemērotību ekotūrisma specializācijai. Pētījuma būtība ir novērtēt, vai pētījuma teritorijai ir potenciāls attīstīt ekotūrismu, ņemot vērā tās ekotūrisma resursus un vietējo iedzīvotāju attieksmi. Galvenie rezultāti norāda uz vides gida lielo nozīmi ekotūrisma organizēšanā un nepieciešamajām zināšanām par vietu un prasmi to nodot citiem. Kopumā iedzīvotāji atbalsta tūrisma attīstīšanu, ja tiek ievēroti vairāki priekšnosacījumi. Noslēgumā, atsaucoties uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem, izstrādāti ieteikumi Auces un Dobeles novadu pašvaldībām un AS LVM un piedāvāti konceptuāli atslēgas elementi, kā veicināt ekotūrisma attīstību.

Master thesis „Potential for ecotourism development in Zebrus-Īle forest massif” is aimed to evaluate capacity of Zebrus-Īle forest massif for ecotourism specialization. The core of study is to evaluate, if the study area has potential for ecotoursism development considering it’s richness with nature and culture values and attitude of locals. Results highlight the meaning of guide in ecotourism organisation process and knowledge about place and interpretation skills. In general locals support ecotourism, if several preconditions are respected. In the end, according to results, recommendations for Auce and Dobele regional municipalities and manager of area „Latvian State Forest” are made and few conceptual key elements for succesful ecotourism development are offered.
