Šajā bakalaura darbā izpētīti veidi un paņēmieni angļu valodas leksikas mācīšanai bērnudārzā. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek aplūkotas angļu valodas leksikas mācīšanas īpatnības pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem. Īpaša uzmanība pievērsta leksikai kā galvenajam aspektam, apgūstot svešvalodu pirmsskolā. Teorija ir saistīta ar praksi un izklāstīta mācīšanas pieredzes aprakstā. Novērojumi liecina, ka bērnudārza audzēkņu leksikas apmācīšana var būt sekmīga, ja tiek ņemtas vērā bērnu īpatnības un izmantotas atbilstošas metodes un paņēmieni. Rezultātus un secinājumus var izmantot angļu valodas nodarbībās bērnudārzos, lai padarītu efektīvāku mācīšanas/mācīšanās procesu, kā arī šo darbu var izmantot pirmsskolas skolotāji. The present BA thesis investigates the best ways and means of teaching English vocabulary in kindergarten. The theoretical part focuses on the peculiarities of teaching lexis to preschool children and deals with the description of children as language learners. Teaching vocabulary is highlighted as central aspect in language acquisition. It relates theory to practice by describing the pilot study and analysing the teaching process. The observations indicate that teaching vocabulary to young learners can be more effective if the peculiarities of children are taken into account and appropriate methods and approaches are applied.
The results and conclusions of this research can be used in the English language classroom in order to make the teaching/learning process more effective and can be used by preschool teachers.
