Māsas profesijas un pacientu aprūpes attīstība Aknīstes psihoneiroloģiskajā slimnīcā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – „Māsas profesijas un pacientu aprūpes attīstība Aknīstes psihoneiroloģiskajā slimnīcā”. Zinātniskā darba mērķis bija izpētīt un apkopot pieejamos datus par slimnīcas tapšanu, tās attīstību un izaugsmi, māsas profesijas, garīgi slimu pacientu aprūpes un rehabilitācijas pasākumu attīstību vēsturiskā skatījumā Aknīstes psihoneiroloģiskajā slimnīcā. Saskaņā ar zinātniskā darba mērķi, tika izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi: 1.apkopot pieejamos datus par slimnīcas veidošanos un attīstību laika posmā no 1954. – 2010. gadam; 2. izpētīt un analizēt pieejamos materiālus par māsu profesijas un pacientu aprūpes attīstību; 3. izvērtēt B. Ņūmenas māszinības teorijas saistību ar garīgi slima pacienta aprūpi un garīgās veselības aprūpes māsas praksi; 4.apkopot medicīnas māsu atmiņas par darba un vides apstākļiem, pacientu aprūpes un garīgo aktivitāšu attīstību slimnīcā; 5. analizēt un izdarīt secinājumus, kā ir attīstījusies slimnīca, māsas profesija un pacientu aprūpe. Pētījuma darba jautājumi ir šādi: kā ir veidojusies slimnīca vēsturiskā skatījumā, kā veidojās slimnīcas teritorija un palīgsaimniecība, kā notika slimnīcas celtniecība un rekonstrukcija, kādi ārsti ir strādājuši, kādas ir slimnīcas tradīcijas un māsu darba vide, kā mainījusies pacientu aprūpe un sociālā rehabilitācija no slimnīcas pirmsākumiem līdz mūsdienām, kādas pārmaiņas māsu darbā un izglītībā notikušas slimnīcas pastāvēšanas laikā. Zinātniskā darba rezultātā tapis pirmais vēsturisko datu apkopojums par Aknīstes psihoneiroloģiskās slimnīcas tapšanu, māsas profesijas un pacientu aprūpes attīstību. Darbā tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, intervēti 10 respondenti, izmantoti 77 literatūras avoti. Bakalaura darba ietvaros ir 2 nodaļas: teorētiskā un pētnieciskā. Darbs sastāv no 55 teksta un 14 pielikuma lapām.

The theme of the bachelor paper: “Profession of the nurses and patients’ care development in Neuropsychiatrical Hospital in Aknīste”. The scientific aim of the bachelor paper: to research and summarize available data about the history of hospital and its development, the profession of nurses, a healthcare for patients with mental illness and the development of rehabilitation activities in the history of Neuropsychiatrical Hospital in Aknīste. According to the aim of scientific work, there were the following tasks: 1.to summarize the collected data about the development of hospital during the period from 1954-2010; 2.to research and analyze the collected materials about the profession of nurses, the development of patients’ care; 3. to evaluate B. Newman’s Nursing Theories about relationship with the mentally ill patients’ care and nursing practice in mental health; 4.to collect nurses’ memories about working and environmental conditions, patients’ care and spiritual development activities in the hospital; 5.to analyze and draw conclusions as how the hospital is developed, a nurse profession and patients’ care. The main questions of the bachelor paper: how historically is developed the hospital, how were developed the hospital area and auxiliary farm, how were made the hospital construction and reconstruction, what doctors have been working, what are the traditions of the hospital and the nursing work environment, how changes the nature of patient care and social rehabilitation of the hospital from the beginning until today, what changes occurred in nursing recruitment and education of hospital lifetime. The results of the scientific work: the first summary of historical data about the development of Neuropsychiatrical Hospital in Aknīste, the development of nursing work and patients’ care. The bachelor paper was based on a qualitative research method and there were interviewed 10 respondents.77 bibliography resources were used to make a research and to write the bachelor paper. The bachelor paper consists of two parts: theoretical and research. The bachelor paper contains: 55 pages and 14 appendixes.
