Greipfrūtus saturošo līdzekļu mijiedarbība ar zālēm un risks pacientu ikdienā

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt greipfrūtu un to saturošu uztura bagātinātāju lietošanas biežumu kopā ar zālēm un iespējamo mijiedarbību risku, kā arī farmaceita lomu riska profilaksē. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izmantota anketēšanas metode, kur respondenti dalījās divās grupās – farmaceiti un pacienti.
Darbs sastāv no divām daļām: literatūras apskats un pētījums par pacientu un farmaceitu viedokli par greipfrūtu saturošo produktu lietošanas drošumu un farmaceitu lomu risku mazināšanā.
Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka pacienti ikdienā bieži lieto greipfrūtus un greipfrūtus saturošus uztura bagātinātājus, bet nav novērojuši blakusparādības dēļ šo produktu mijiedarbības ar zālēm. Farmaceiti atzīst, ka ir pa maz informēti par šīm mijiedarbībām, tāpēc nevar pilnvērtīgi brīdināt pacientus.

Work consists from two parts: literature review and survey about opinion of patient and pharmacist about reliability of usage supplement containing grape and pharmacist role to prevent the risk.
Results of survey gives evidence that patients use grape and supplement containing grape every day but there are no cases registered when additional facts has interacted. Pharmacists confess that they are not informed enough about those interactions therefore they can’t warn patients wholesome although risk of interactions is minimal on base of usage particularity.
