Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Pacienta pieredze izjūtot tiešo roku pieskārienu kakla daļas spondilozes aprūpē” sastāv no divām nodaļām, piecām apakšnodaļām un 10 pielikumiem. Darba izstrādē analizēts 41 literatūras avots par masāžas vēsturi, tās galvenajiem mērķiem, sajūtām un izjūtām masāžas procedūras laikā un Latvijā aktuālākie masāžu veidi. Darba mērķis ir aprakstīt pacientu un masieru pieredzi un sajūtas kakla daļas spondilozes aprūpē, izmantojot tiešo roku pieskārienu metodi. Izmantojot kvalitatīvo pētniecības metodi, kuras instruments ir strukturēta intervija izzināta masieru un pacientu pieredze, sajūtas, sniedzot un saņemot tiešo roku pieskārienu metodi. Pētījuma rezultāti atspoguļo, ka gan pacientiem, gan masieriem ir pozitīva pieredze un patīkamas sajūtas masāžas procedūras laikā, kuras galvenokārt atkarīgas no pacienta anatomiski fizioloģiskajām īpatnībām. The Bachelor Paper „Patient’s Experience Feeling the Direct Touch of Arm in the Neck Part Spondilose Care” contains two chapters, five subchapters and 10 appendices. 41 literature sources about the history of massage, its main aims, senses and feelings within the procedure of massage are analysed in the research of Paper. The most actual kinds of massages in Latvia are described. The aim of the Paper is to describe patients’ and masseurs’ experience and senses in the care of neck part spondilose, using the method of direct arm touch. Using the qualitative research method, which instrument is a structured interview, the experience of masseurs and patients says that senses come from the direct touch with arms. The results of research highlights that both patients and masseurs have a positive experience within the procedure of massage, which mainly depends on patient’s anatomically physiological peculiarities.
