Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – „Mamogrāfijas attēlu kritēriju izvērtējums mamogrāfijas skrīninga programmā”. Tajā aprakstīta mamogrāfija kā rentgenoloģiska izmeklēšanas metode un krūts vēža skrīninga vēsturiskā nozīme, agrīnas krūts vēža diagnosticēšanas metodes. Darba pētnieciskajā daļā tika analizēti mamogrāfijas attēlu ietekmējošie faktori, veicot krūts skrīningu mamogrāfijā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, anotācijas, 4 nodaļām, 8 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem un ieteikumiem, izmantoto avotu un literatūras saraksta, pielikumiem. Pirmajā nodaļā aprakstīta informācija par krūts vēzi, izzināti krūts vēža rašanās faktori, aprakstīta krūts normālā anatomija un normālā fizioloģija. Otrajā nodaļā tika izzināta skrīninga mamogrāfija kā rentgenoloģiska izmeklēšanas metode, mamogrāfijas fiziskie un tehniskie aspekti, krūts vēža skrīninga programma

Topic of this bachelor’s paper is “Mammography image criteria evaluation in mammography screening programme”. This paper describes mammography as a radiographic examination method, historical importance of breast cancer screening and diagnostic methods of early-stage breast cancer. The research part of this paper presents analysis of factors that influence mammography images while performing breast screening in mammography. Bachelor’s paper consists of introduction, annotation, 4 chapters, 8 subchapters, conclusions and suggestions, list of reference materials, appendices. The first chapter contains information about breast cancer, factors that cause breast cancer as well as normal anatomy and physiology of a breast. The second chapter contains study of screening mammography as radiographic examination method, physical and technical aspects of mammography, breast cancer screening programme
