Farmaceitiskā aprūpe osteoporozes slimniekiem

Abstract

Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot osteoporozes risku dažādu vecumu pacientiem aptiekā īpašas akcijas laikā, izmantojot osteodensitometru ar ultraskaņu. Rezultāti liecina, ka no 30 pētījuma dalībniekiem, tikai pieciem kaulu blīvums atbilda normai. Lielākai daļai pacientu novēro osteopēniju. Tomēr pētījumā piedalījās tikai četri vīrieši, no kuriem diviem tika atklāta osteopēnija. No 26 sievietēm, kas piedalījās pētījumā, tikai trijām kaulu blīvums atbilda normai un divām bija starpstāvoklis norma un osteopēnija, 17 atklājām osteopēniju un četrām atklājām osteoporozi.Darbā tika pētīts osteoporozes ārstēšanas līdzekļu patēriņš, analizēta osteoporozes un hipertensijas vienlaicīga ārstēšana.Visvairāk pārdoti ir kompensējamie osteoporozes ārstēšanas līdzekļi nātrija alendronāts ar kolekalciferolu un nātrija risedronāts.Kopā ar pretosteoporozes līdzekļiem hipertensijas ārstēšanai pacienti ir pirkuši galvenokārt kalcija antagonistus, adrenoreceptoru blokatorus un angiotenzīna konvertējošā enz.inhib.

The aim of the study was to determine the risk of osteoporosis in patients of different ages and genders during special bone density measurement offer for pharmacy clients by using the Bone densitometer with ultrasound. The results show that only five of the 30 study participants have normal bone density. The majority of patients have a risk of osteopenia. Only four men participated in the study and two of them had osteopenia. Of the 26 women who participated in the study, only three had standard bone density and two intermediate status, for 17 we found osteopenia and 4 with osteoporosis. The study also investigated the dispensing of osteoporosis medication and analyzed combined treatment of the osteoporosis and hypertension. The most often sodium alendronate/ colecalciferol and risedronate sodium as osteoporosis drugs were sold. Hypertension patients with osteoporosis purchased mainly calcium antagonists, adrenergic blockers and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors.
