dc.description.abstract | Veiktas 4-fenil- vai piridilaizvietotāju variācijas 1,4-dihidropiridīna (1,4-DHP) atvasinājumu rindai, kuri 1,4-DHP cikla 3,5- vai 2,6-vietās satur piridilaizvietotājus, iegūstot atbilstošos 2,6-dimetil-4-fenil(piridil)-1,4-dihidropiridīna-3,5-dikarbonskābes diprop-2-inilesterus vai 2,6-dibut-3-inil-4-fenil(piridil)-1,4-dihidropiridīn-3,5-dikar¬bon¬skābes dietilesterus. Veikta 2`,6`-dimetil-1`,4`-dihidro-[3,4`]-bipiridīn-3,5-dikarbonskābes diprop-2-inilestera kvaternizācija ar dodecilbromīdu, iegūstot 1-dodecil-2`,6`-dimetil-3`,5`-bisprop-2-iniloksikarbonil-1`,4`,dihidro-[3,4`] bipiridīn-1-ija bromīdu. Dots savienojumu fizikāli-ķīmisko īpašību apraksts, veikta savienojumu antioksidantu aktivitātes noteikšana, izmantojot fosfomolibdēna kompleksa testu. dc.description.abstract | Synthesis of 4-phenyl- or pyridyl 1,4-dihydropyridine (1,4-DHP) derivatives containg propargyl group at the 1,4-DHP cycle 3,5- or 2,6-positions to obtain coressponding 2,6-dimethyl-4-phenyl(pyridyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid diprop-2-ynil esters or 2,6-dibut-3-ynil-4-phenyl(pyridyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid diethyl esters.
Quaternization of 2`,6`-dimethyl-1`,4`-dihydro-[3,4`]-bispyridyn-3,5-dicarboxilyc acid diprop-2-ynil ester with dodecylbromide, to obtain 1-dodecyl-2`,6`-dimethyl-3`,5`-bisprop-2-yniloxicarbonil-1`,4`,dihydro-[3,4`] bispyridin-1-ium bromide. Physico-chemical properties of synthesised compounds are given, phosphomolybden complex method was used for the evaluation of antioxidant activity of synthesised 1,4-DHP derivatives.
