Psihosociālo faktoru ietekme uz bērna atveseļošanās procesu stacionārā

Abstract

Lai arī kopš neatkarības atgūšanas veselības sistēma Latvijā ir piedzīvojusi būtiskas pozitīvas pārmaiņas, tomēr bieži ir dzirdama sabiedrības negatīvā attieksme pret slima bērna aprūpi stacionārā. Ņemot vērā problēmas aktualitāti, bakalaura darba tēma ir „Psihosociālo faktoru ietekme uz bērna atveseļošanās procesu stacionārā”. Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt psihosociālos faktorus, vecāku skatījumā, lai uzlabotu bērna atveseļošanās procesu stacionārā. Pētījumā lietota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode, kura ļāva uzzināt un apkopot vecāku viedokli par faktoriem, kas ietekmē bērna atveseļošanās procesu stacionārā, un kādi uzlabojumi nepieciešami, lai mazā pacienta atveseļošanās noritētu ātrāk un veiksmīgāk. Darbā apskatīti 40 literatūras avoti. Analizēts un tēmai piesaistīts B. Ņūmenas „Veselības aprūpes sistēmas modelis”. Literatūras analīzes un pētījuma gaitā tika atklāti faktori, kuri ierobežo un kuri sekmē bērna atveseļošanās procesu stacionārā. Atslēgas vārdi: bērns, vecāki, fiziskā un sociālā vide stacionārā, māsas loma aprūpes procesā.

Altrought the health service system in Latvia has undergone fundamental positive changes since the independence has been regained, nevertheless society often Express negativity concerning the care of sick children in hospitals. Considering the actual problem, the theme of the barchelor’s paper is „The impact of psychosocial factors on the process of child’s recovery in a hospital”. Objective: to study psychosocial factors as in parents view in order to enchance the process of child’s recovery in a hospital. A quantitative study method is used which allows to discover and collect parents’ opinion about the factors that influence the process of child’s recovery in a hospital and what improvements are needed to make the process of little patient’s recovery faster and more succesful. The study deals with 40 sources of literature. „The system model of health care” by B. Newman has been analysed and associated with the theme. The results from the literature analysis and the study process reveal the limiting and the enchanging factors on the process of child’s recovery in a hospital.
