| dc.description.abstract | Pneimocista jirovecii ir nozīmīgs patogēns pacientiem, kuriem veikta solīdo orgānu transplantācija. P. jirovecii pneimonijai ir sliktas prognozes, turklāt prognoze pēdējo 20 gadu laikā nav būtiski uzlabojusies. Mirstība P. jirovecii infekcijas gadījumā sasniedz 30-50%.
Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt, vai ir iespēja prognozēt pacienta ar nieru transplantāta risku saslimt ar P. jirovecii infekciju, neizmantojot specifiskus diagnostikas marķierus. | en_US |
