Abstract

Nieru transplantācija (NT)ir statistiski bieži veikta procedūra, kura spēj pacientam uzlabot dzīves kvalitāti, tā ir ekonomiski izdevīgākā no nieru aiztājterapijas metodēm. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot, kādus medikamentus ārsti izraksta pacientiem pēc NT. Rezultāti tika iegūti analizējot 2738 īpašās receptes Darbā tika konstatēts, ka pacietniem pēc NT, izraksta 13 medikamentus, kurus var iedalīt piecās grupās – antiproliferatīvie, kalcineirīna inhibitori(KNI), steroīdi, mTOR inhibitori un citi papildmediakamenti. 55% (n=125) no NT pacientiem bija vīrieši, bet 45% (n=102) bija sievietes. 53% (n=119) pacienti pēc NT ir cilvēki pēc 50 gadu vecuma. Vispieprasītākais KNI bija Sandimmun Neoral 100mg N50 (Ciclosporin)(n = 644,7; 26%), savukārt vispieprasītākais antiproliferatīvais medikaments bija CellCept 250mg N100 37% (n = 2368,3. 2013. gadā visbiežāk lietotā kombinētā IS terapija-ciklosporīns + mikofenolāta mofetils + prednizolons.Atslēgas vārdi: NT, hroniska nieru slimība, zāļu aprite

Kidney transplantation is able to improve the patient's quality of life, reduce the risk of mortality. The objective of the bachelor thesis was to find out what kind medications doctors prescribe for renal transplant patients. Results were obtained by analyzing 2738 special recipes.Bachelor's work showed that doctors prescribed 13 medications, which can be divided into five groups – antiproliferative drugs, calcineurine inhibitors, steroids, mTOR inhibitors and other medicaments. 55% (n = 125) from NT patients were male and 45% (n = 102) were female. 53% (n = 119) patients after NT is older than 50 years. The most demanded product among the calcineurine inhibitors was Sandimmune Neoral 100mg N50 (cyclosporin) (n = 644.7, 26%), among antiproliferative group CellCept 250mg N100 37% (n = 2368.3).
