Celiakijas slimniekiem piemērotu uztura bagātinātāju aprite SIA " Alante" Tukuma centra aptiekā

Celiakijas slimība ir reta autoimūna saslimšana, ar kuru slimo 1% pasaules iedzīvotāju. Celiakijas slimnieki uzturā nedrīkst lietot glutēnu saturošus produktus.
Šī darba mērķis bija noskaidrot piemērotākos uztura bagātinātājus celiakijas pacientiem, veicot aptauju Tukuma novadā praktizējošo ārstu vidū, noskaidrot aptaujāto ārstu ieteikto uztura bagātinātāju apriti SIA „Alante” Tukuma Centra aptiekā laika posmā no 2013. g. 1. janvāra līdz 2013. g. 31. decembrim.
Veicot pētījumu, tika noskaidrots, ka lielākā daļa no aptaujātajiem Tukuma novadā praktizējošajiem ārstiem savā praksē ir saskārušies ar celiakijas pacientiem. Ārsti celiakijas pacientiem biežāk diagnosticējuši dzelzs un D vitamīna trūkumu.
Analizējot datus, tika noskaidrots, ka vispieprasītākie uztura bagātinātāji ir Osteocare sīrups un Jamieson Vita – Vim Kids tabletes.

The aim of this paper is to identify the most appropriate food supplements for coeliac patients by conducting a poll among the practitioners of Tukums municipality, find out the turnover of food supplements recommended by the polled doctors at SIA Alante Central Pharmacy of Tukums during the period from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2013.
Having conducted the research, it has been established that the majority of the practitioners of Tukums polled have come into contact with coeliac patients during their medical practice. Most often, doctors have diagnosed iron deficiency and low D vitamin among coeliac patients.
Having analysed the data, it was established that the most saleable food supplements are the Osteocare syrup and tablets of Jamieson Vita – Vim Kids.
