Mainīgās vides ietekme uz pacientu neiroloģijas nodaļā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs tika izstrādāts ar mērķi noskaidrot mainīgās vides ietekmi uz pacientu neiroloģijas nodaļā. Darba būtības pamatā ir pacients kā personība, uz kuru nepārtraukti iedarbojas fizikālā, psiholoģiskā un sociālā mainīgā vide. Vide var veicināt pacientu labsajūtu, adaptāciju un veselības uzlabošanos nodaļā, gan kavēt, kas lielā mērā atkarīga no māsas, kā aprūpes nodrošinātājas. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās daļas un praktiskās daļas, kur, balstoties uz teorētiskiem pamatojumiem, veikts pētījums X stacionāra neiroloģijas nodaļā. Bakalaura darba pamatojumam izmantota Kalistas Rojas piemērošanās teorija. Teorētiskās daļas nodaļās aplūkota literatūra par mainīgās fizikālās, psiholoģiskās, sociālās vides ietekmi uz pacientu neiroloģijas nodaļā. Pētījuma veikšanai tika izstrādāta aptaujas anketa ar 16 jautājumiem. Kopumā tika aptaujāti 100 respondenti. No tiem bija 66 sievietes un 34 vīrieši, vecuma grupā no 18 – 61 un vairāk gadiem. Iegūtie rezultāti pierāda, ka pacientam neiroloģijas nodaļā ir svarīga apkārtējā vide, kura nosaka viņa vajadzības, attieksmi un attīstību. Pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies – pacientu neiroloģijas nodaļā vairāk ietekmē psiholoģiskā vide, mazāk fizikālā un sociālā mainīgā vide. The topicality of the theme is definited by influence of variable environment towards patients in neurology’s department. The point of the diploma paper is patient as an individuality, which is regularly affected by physical, psychological and social variable environment. The environment can facilitate patient’s feeling of comfort, adaptation and health’s improvement in the department, but on the other hand it can prevent, what depends on nurses as the nursing hedger. The diploma paper consists of theoretical part and practical part, what provides the support of the research, what is made in X neurology’s department. The support of the diploma paper is Callista Roy’s adaptation theory. In the theoretical part of the diploma paper the author views at literature about physical, psychological and social variable environment what affects patients in neurology’s department. For the research of the diploma paper was developed a questionnaire with 16 questions. For the research there were surveyed 100 respondents. The respondents were 66 women and 34 men in age group from 18 to 61 and more. After the carrying out the questionnaire results, the research proved that the environment in neurology’s department is important for the patient, which establishes his needs, attitude and development. The hypothesis was proved – the patient in neurology’s department is influenced more by psychological environment but less than physical and social variable environment.
