Virdžīnijas Hendersones teorijas pielietojums pacientēm pēc ķeizargrieziena operācijas

Abstract

Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas,ka pēdējo gadu laikā Latvijā pieaudzis to sieviešu skaists, kas priekšroku dod nevis dabīgajām dzemdībām, bet izvēlas veikt ķeizargrieziena operāciju,nepadomājot par to, ka tā ir ķirurģiska iejaukšanās, kurai gan operācijas laikā,gan pēcoperācijas periodā var būt diezgan lielas komplikācijas.Darba mērķis ir izpētīt V. Hendersones teorijas pielietojumu pacientēm pēc ķeizargrieziena operācijas. Pētniecības uzd. ir apkopot un analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par V.Hendersones teoriju un ķeizargrieziena operāciju; izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – aptaujas anketu;veikt pētījumu– aptaujāt respondentus;apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus un balstoties uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem izdarīt secinājumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze – pacientes pašaprūpes veicināšana, atvieglo pēcoperācijas perioda norisi.Pētniecības instruments ir anketa. Pētniecības metode –kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode.Pētījumā piedalījās sievietes,kas dzemdējušas mazuli ar ķeizargiezieziena palīdzību.

Theme`s topicality defines the fact that in recent years in Latvia has increased number of women who prefer caesarean section, not natural vaginal birth, without considering the fact that cesarean section is a surgical intervention that can in the operation and in the post – operative period cause complications and risks. The aim of bachelor is to explore Virginia Henderson's theory for patients after cesarean section. The research tasks were to analyze the literature about the theory of V. Henderson and cesarean section; to develop a research instrument – the questionnaire; carry out research –surveying respondents; analyze the collected data, and on collected data based results develop conclusions. The hypothesis – the patient's self-care promotion, makes the post operative period easier. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The research method – quantitative research method. In the research took part women who have given birth to a baby with a cesarean section.
