Ķīmijterapijas ietekme uz mutes dobumu

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – ķīmijterapijas ietekme uz mutes dobumu. Darba mērķis: izvērtēt ķīmijterapijas ietekmi uz onkoloģisku pacientu mutes gļotādu. Hipotēze: ķīmijterapija ietekmē un bojā onkoloģisko pacientu mutes gļotādu. Instruments: anketa ar 14 jautājumiem. Metode – kvantitatīva. Kopā tika izdalītas 115 anketas, no kurām 15 anketas tika izveidotas kā pīlotpētījums. Tika izveidotas 100 anketas, balstoties uz pīlotpētījumu, no kurām 100 anketas saņemtas atpakaļ. Atslēgas vārdi: ķīmijterapija, mutes dobums, mutes gļotāda, onkoloģija, hematoloģija, mukozīts, neitropēnija.

Bachelor thesis: - the impact of chemotherapy on the oral cavity. Purpose: To evaluate the effects of chemotherapy in cancer patients on the oral mucosa. Hypothesis chemotherapy affects and damages the lining of the mouth of oncological patients. Research instruments: a questionnaire with 14 questions. Research method: quantitative. Total 115 questionnaires were distributed, of which 15 questionnaires were developed in pilot studies. It was established questionnaires 100 based on the pilot study, of which 100 forms replaced.
